DWI Criminal Case

The criminal case will require several court appearances and will take 6 months to 12 months, sometimes longer, to conclude by plea bargain or jury verdict. In the interim, Minnesota DWI defense team will oftentimes schedule a motion hearing to seek dismissal of your charges based on an evidence challenge (i.e. defective sample) or constitutional challenge (illegal stop of vehicle, lack of probable cause, right to counsel). Please be sure to secure and disclose all evidence in your possession to your attorney (i.e. photos, recordings, medical records, etc.). The burden of proof in this case is “beyond reasonable doubt” and we intend to hold the government to this strict burden!

It is critical that you speak with a DWI attorney that can help you navigate this difficult process. Call our office today at 763-682-1324.
