Updated 5/27: The second audio above goes deep into paramedic protocol, death declaration, and Mpls force policy (neck not authorized on passive resistance), and other videos released w/ Steve Rogers. The first is my 5/26 interview with expert Steve Rogers evaluating the use of force in the video footage of the Memorial Day death of George Floyd while in the custody of Minneapolis Police. Steven Rogers is an expert on the use of force, firearms, and police and security training and can be reached at 612-521-9000.

Apparently, there were three officers restraining Mr. Floyd as he lay unarmed, face down, with a neck on his knee. Why not lift him up and place in the squad if this was a lawful arrest?
